Delete Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Lexora account and all associated data at any time. This page exists so you can do it without needing the app installed (as required by Google Play).
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Lexora and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Email delete@playlexora.app from the address on your account (or include your username/user id) with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (email, username, user id).
- Your gameplay data — scores, streaks, coins, progress, leaderboard entries.
- Your push token and notification preferences.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records required by law or to prevent fraud/abuse (for example, purchase records mandated by app-store or tax rules), and anonymized/aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you.
