Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flowix Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Lexora mobile app and on https://playlexora.app. We built Lexora to be privacy-respecting: you can play as a guest with no account.
Information we collect
- Account data (optional): if you sign up, our auth provider (Clerk) stores your email and a user id. You can play without an account.
- Gameplay data: puzzles you generate, scores, streaks, coins, and progress, so we can sync and show leaderboards.
- Topics you enter: the topic text you type is sent to our servers to generate a puzzle. Don’t enter sensitive personal information as a topic.
- Analytics & diagnostics: aggregated product analytics (PostHog) and crash/error reports (Sentry) to improve the app.
- Device & push: a push token (if you enable notifications) and basic device info.
How we use it
To generate and sync your puzzles, run the game economy (coins, streaks, leaderboards), provide support, prevent abuse, and improve Lexora. We do not sell your personal data.
AI generation
Puzzle and quiz content is generated by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) via our servers. The topic you enter is sent to generate content; we don’t send your account identity to the AI provider for this purpose.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (data), Clerk (auth), Anthropic (AI), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (diagnostics), Google Play Billing (purchases), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push). Each processes data only to provide its function.
Advertising and mediation partners
Lexora is free to play and is funded by advertising. Ads are served through Google AdMob, which also runs a bidding auction (“mediation”) among other ad networks so each ad slot goes to the highest bidder. When a partner wins that auction, the ad request is fulfilled by that partner rather than by Google.
The partners currently authorised to bid on Lexora inventory are listed below. Each one is also declared as an authorised seller in our app-ads.txt file, and the two are kept in step:
- Google AdMob — Privacy policy

- ironSource Ads (Unity) — Privacy policy
- Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) — Privacy policy
- OpenX — Privacy policy
To select, deliver, measure and frequency-cap ads — and to detect invalid traffic — these partners may process a mobile advertising identifier, coarse location (country or region), device and app information, and ad-interaction events. We do not share your email address, account identity, or the topics you type into Lexora with any advertising partner. As partners are added or removed, this list and app-ads.txt are updated together.
Your advertising choices
Lexora uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to collect and honour your privacy choices, and the choice you make applies to every partner listed above.
- Europe (EEA, UK and Switzerland): we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change or withdraw it at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy & ad choices.
- United States:where state privacy laws apply (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising under Settings → Privacy & ad choices, using the Don’t sell or share my data option. Opting out does not remove ads — it makes them non-personalised.
- Everywhere: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads, and Lexora Gold removes advertising from the app entirely.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we never knowingly share the data of users under 13 for advertising purposes.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete Account) or via our deletion page.
Children
Lexora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
